Our story
Human Recruitment
1992
Accord Group
In 1995 Accord Group expanded and opened offices in Warsaw and then in next years in Moscow and Bucharest.

Change of ownership
In 2000 the founders left the company.

New owner
Corinne Klajda acquired Accord Group in Poland, and established in 2006 a second company advising on Human Resources management consultancy projects & Leadership Services. (Solutions HR Specialists renamed in 2017 to Nuvadis Talents)
2005
We co-found AltoPartners
Accord Group founded in 2006 with Leaders Trust International & Oxygen Executive search is an international alliance of independent executive search firms. As the network developed, we have been joined by other major players in the industry.
2006
Interim Managers & Consultants
We continue to develop our activities and establish Nuvadis Interim. We are expanding our scope by deploying Interim Managers.

Continuous development
We are growing the Acord Group team and the AltoPartners family, which now has 62 offices in 37 countries.
