We are a small, highly skilled team of retained executive search consultants. For the past 20 years, clients in Poland and Europe have trusted us with their talent management and executive search strategies. The results speak for themselves: we have a short client list, and more than 78% percent of our business comes from existing clients. As members of the AESC, the Association of Executive Search Consultants, clients can be assured that we work to the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.
