Our story
From a recruitment company, we are becoming an executive search specialist under the Accord Group, drawing on the experience of colleagues from five continents, specialising in Central and Eastern Europe.
In 1996-1998 we expanded and opened offices in Warsaw, Moscow and Bucharest. In 2002, we bought Accord Business in Hungary.
In 2000 the founders left the company, in 2005 Jana Martinová, Veronika Kaštovská and Lubor Staněk became partners after a management buyout.
We are founding a staffing consulting company, specializing in filling complex positions in times of fundamental change.
We are one of the sixteen founding members of the AltoPartners network, which is gradually expanding across all continents.
We continue to develop our activities and establish AGIM. We are expanding our scope by deploying Interim Managers.
We are returning to the Slovak market.
We are growing the Acord Group team and the AltoPartners family, which now has 60 offices in 35 countries.
